Summer Moore and Marissa Macias are two Brooklyn based Photographers and best friends who met in Parsons The New School of Design in 2005. They have since traveled the globe and have collaborated on photographic projects and commissions. They each specialize in different types of photography, ranging from environmental to studio fashion. Each brings new ideas to the collective work: enabling a cohesive, creative, and dynamic team.

 

 

Summer Moore Co-Founder / Project Photographer

Summer Moore has exhibited her evocative photographic series Profiles in New York City, Hudson, and London in 2008 - 2009. Her powerful work has been well received internationally, and continues to challenge audiences. Pre New York life, Summer lived and studied in Florence, Italy. Where she departed from a concentration in graphic design, embracing various art mediums and her love of photography.

Marissa Macias Co-Founder / Project Photographer

Marissa Macias was awarded a Solo Exhibition in 2009 by Max Mara as a New Visions in Photography Artist. Her work has been shown in New York City, London, and Los Angeles. She was recently commisioned to photographically merge two U.S. cities, a project directed by her experience in visually redefining urban landscapes. In 2004, Marissa traveled to Belize's dense jungle to photograph, live, and work alongside innovative anthropologists and archeologists.

Kristin Coleman Press

Kristin Coleman is a public relations professional and writer based in New York City. She is intimately involved in the design, arts and architectural communities with a special focus on sustainable design. Her love of traveling combined with a passion for the photographic arts made her a natural fit for this project.

Michelle Halabura Press

Michelle Halabura is a New York City based curator and arts manager who has worked everywhere from underground art movements to galleries and museums. She is affiliated with projects such as the community driven Art Handling Olympics (NYC), filmmaker Ethan H. Minsker’s Brooklyn Museum screening of independent film Anything Boys Can Do, and artist Ted Riederer’s Never Records Exhibition at former Tower Records (NYC). Michelle is the permanent curator for photographer Ebba Schmid’s Other Men exhibitions.
